House rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and the proper upkeep of the apartments, we kindly ask you to read and observe the following rules. By making a booking, the guest agrees to comply with them in full.

Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in is from 14:00.
  • Check-out is before 11:00.
  • Arrival is self check-in with a code, and you may arrive at any time from 14:00. There is no reception: we will send you the access instructions once you have completed the guest registration.
  • Before arrival, all guests must complete the online guest registration, which is required by law, using their identity document (Spanish ID (DNI/NIE) or passport). We will send you the link by message.

Occupancy and visitors

  • The maximum number of occupants is the number stated in the booking. Exceeding the booked occupancy is not permitted.
  • Accommodating people who are not included in the booking is not permitted without prior authorisation.
  • Visitors may not stay overnight in the apartment.
  • Visitors must leave the accommodation before 22:00.

Noise and consideration for others

  • Please keep noise to a minimum between 23:00 and 9:00 so as not to disturb other guests and neighbours.
  • Parties, large gatherings or events of any kind in the apartment are prohibited.
  • The volume of music, television and any other sound equipment must be kept at reasonable levels at all times.
  • The use of portable speakers in shared outdoor areas during quiet hours is prohibited.

No-smoking policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
  • If it is found that smoking has taken place inside, an additional charge for deep cleaning will be applied.
  • If you wish to smoke, you must do so in the designated outdoor areas, with consideration for other guests (balconies and shared roof terrace).

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.

Cleanliness and tidiness

  • Guests must keep the apartment in suitably hygienic condition throughout their stay.
  • Dishes and kitchen utensils must be washed after each use.
  • Rubbish must be placed in the appropriate bins, following the local recycling rules.
  • On departure, the apartment must be left reasonably clean and tidy.
  • A final clean is included in the price. Additional charges may apply in the event of excessive dirt.

Use of the facilities

  • All equipment and facilities must be used correctly and responsibly.
  • Please switch off lights, air conditioning/heating and appliances when not in use and when leaving the apartment.
  • Furniture may not be altered, moved or removed without authorisation.
  • Doors and windows must be properly closed when you go out.
  • Bringing additional heaters, stoves or similar appliances into the apartment is not permitted.

Parking and access

  • Free parking spaces are usually available around the building.
  • Obstructing entrances or shared areas with vehicles is prohibited.
  • Keys and access to the apartment are for the exclusive use of registered guests and must not be passed on to third parties.

Saving resources

  • We ask you to use water and electricity responsibly, in keeping with the natural surroundings of the Paraje Natural del Torcal de Antequera.
  • Bed linen and towels will be changed once every 5 days in accordance with the stay protocol, or at the guest's request.

Damage and liability

  • The guest is responsible for any damage or breakage that occurs in the apartment or its facilities during their stay.
  • Any damage or fault detected must be reported immediately to the accommodation management.
  • Damage caused by negligent use will be invoiced to the guest.

Emergencies and safety

  • In an emergency, call 112(European emergency number).
  • The use of candles, open flames or any combustion device inside the apartment is prohibited.
  • Fire extinguishers must not be tampered with except in a genuine emergency.
  • The guest must immediately report any hazardous situation or accident to the accommodation team.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the stay without the right to a refund and a claim for any resulting damages. Thank you for your cooperation, and welcome to Apartamentos Villa Torcal.
